So yeah, the reason why I'm writing this is because I want to remember all this xD and I'm scared that if I write on a document I could lose it some day -3- no one knows... So I feel more secure to write it here and let it stay here :3
I know a few people here had read this webcomic I'm working on, so if you don't want to read this, don't do it... It includes spoilers xD Like I said, this is just a reminder for myself xD
- The reason why I was inspired to write/draw Soulless was thanks to the movies 'Chronicle' and 'Jumper' as well as the book 'The Supernaturalist'. It's like I took small parts of each others and made a weird combination.
- The first version of the novel did NOT include Sealthiel. He was a character added some time after on the final version and the comic.
- In the final version, when Seal is taken away from Gilbert, he was supposed to die and NEVER appear in the story ever again. However, as I created his personality and made him so protective toward Gilbert, I got attached to him and was unable to let him die. So, even when he is still taken away, he does not die and appears again later on the story.
- In the first version, Gabriel appears for the first time saving Gilbert when he was been pursued by some Anti-Soulless people on a car. Gabriel comes to him driving a motorcycle and takes him away from there, while in the final version he just takes him to a secret path that the Anti-Soulless people didn't even know about.
- The first story was only going to include three main characters: Gilbert, Gabriel and Boris (Still not appearing in the story) but after the creation of Sealthiel, the number changed to four main characters.
- Each character has an animal that represents them depending on their personalities and roles inside the story.
- As almost all of my stories, Gilbert has some kind of a loner life until he finds someone he is able to open up.
- Boris is the older of all of them. Followed by Sealthiel, then Gilbert and finally, Gabriel.
- None of the main characters (except for Boris) has a last name because their last names were 'erased' when they were taken to the Anti-Soulless building.
- The story has 8 volumes. Each of them including from 5 to 7 chapters.
- There are also five (until now) extra stories that I'm working on. They include stories from Gabriel, Sealthiel, and Boris' past, as well as one story about GilbertxGabriel after the end of Soulless, and finally a story about all the main characters together (after the main story as well).
- Gilbert and Gabriel are the only characters that are able to talk to each other by telepathy.
- Gilbert hates Boris because he doesn't trust him, and he doesn't like the way he gets close to Sealthiel. This changes almost at the end of the story.
- Sealthiel is the first Soulless that Jarek controled.
- Gabriel has another personality inside him, which is known to be agressive and seeking for revenge against Jarek. He has also hurt Gilbert when coming out.
- There is a prequel story I am also working on which name's 'Heartless' and talks about the past, when Jarek was still young. The first Soulless appears here. It also explains why Jarek started wanting to have the Soulless' powers. The number of chapters that it'll include are still unkown.
- After Gilbert saves Sealthiel from being controled, he wakes up without knowing what happened to him. The last thing he remembered was when he was taken away. He didn't even know years had passed since then, so he thinks he is still 19 years old, yet he is 22 years old.
- Knowing this, Gilbert starts acting protective toward Sealthiel as if he were older than him.
- Boris is NOT a real Soulless.
Well, I think this is all I am going to write for now o3o
